The TCF Vice-President is always the Grant Applications Chairman.

Grant applications are available May 31, and may be downloaded from this site or mailed upon request. An announcement is put in Trends indicating that Grants are available with the contact information of the Grant Chairman.

In September, copies of all Grant Applications and evaluation sheets are distributed to the Board. Approximately two weeks after the board members receive the Applications for evaluation, the first Grant Application Board Meeting is held. Additional meetings are held until the Grant Recipients are selected.

Organizations receiving funding are notified by the end of November.
